Spirits of '76

Really cool spot on the edge of the Clarendon bar run, relatively newer but has an older feel. They play music in the background, but more for ambiance than entertainment. They have a mix of booths, high tables and bar seating, allowing for groups and mixes to enjoy. Not a very large area, which makes for a more intimate feel, it is a little more divey, which creates a nice local feel. The menu is not too complex, but you will definitely find some good options, and a fine selections of on tap beers and creative drinks. Service was very attentive and friendly. Recommend for a chiller night with a slightly smaller group.

Kind of pricey but food was delicious and drinks were strong. Atmosphere is just right for a quiet evening. Will return should I get the inkling. Only down one star because I'm very much a value oriented consumer and I prefer more conservative prices. So take my review for what it's worth.

Very attentive service and cool decorations. The staff is great at accommodating patrons with food allergies. This bar has TV's for watching sports. They have happy hour deals and the prices are reasonable. It is usually not busy here so there are plenty of available seats. I will definitely be back!

Great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. I was part of a large party here (15-20 people) and we were very well taken care of all night. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back here again. Thanks!

This was a nice restaurant. We took the family here. Wings were tasty and they enjoyed the burgers. My Mom and I had crab cakes and they were just okay, they were served barely warm with quite a bit of filler but we didn't complain. Service was good. We said we would go again.
