Best Burger and fry joint around. I read a review by a previous customer that I have to comment on. His review was that he ordered a lettuce burger and got meat. Ok. Dude!!!!! What moron goes to the BEST BURGER JOINT IN DC/VA AND ORDERS A FREAKING LETTUCE BURGER. YOU MIGHT AS WELL EITHER PASS THE PLACE AND GET ON THE PLANE OR PASS IT AND GET ON YOUR WAY. Really!!!! These are the types of people that use our airports. Be advised of the complete morons that could be standing in line at an airport. Wow. I cant remember the last time I have seen a LETTUCE AND FRY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!!!! DO US ALL A FAVOR AND STOP EATING PERIOD. WOW!!!!

This Five Guys is behind security at Reagan International Airport. This Five Guys is as good as any I've been to,. And you still get refills, even though you're at an airport. Also, the "airport tax" was only a little bit, like $1 more than at a non-airport location in Phoenix ($12 in PHX, $13 here).

Exceptional customer service. The woman at the register was very polite and helpful. The manager on duty had excellent customer service and treated customers and staff with dignity. You could tell that the restaurant was running very smoothly and everyone was working collaboratively. I also noticed that when there was a lull in customers, staff was busy cleaning up and refilling napkins and other containers. Very well kept store front and dedicated employees.
