Food and drinks were GREAT and the portion size was good. Definitely had enough for leftovers which is always good in my book. Only thing we weren't satisfied with was the wait time to receive appetizers, over 20 minutes. Had to get a second batch of chips and salsa during the wait. My husband said the kitchen could've had a lot of to-go orders.
Went on a Saturday evening, the wait for 2 people was an hour...waited longer than that. A group came in after we did of 6, the wait for a group of 6 was 2 hours!! They were seated before us because one of their party members kept harassing the staff, walking in and out of the dining area looking for empty tables and was waving money around so that someone would seat them!
The swirl was weird but not terrible, the watermelon margarita was weak. The mango lemonade my husband ordered was delicious! It's $1 for a refill of lemonade. The food was hot, I enjoyed Pretty much everything except the chicken enchilada. The beef enchilada was so good! So was the taco, I wish they had cabbage instead of lettuce. My beans had good flavor but they were dry, and the rice was nice. Felt over cooked but tasted nice. For the most part I would eat the again, my rating is mainly for the first part, I wrote that while in the restaurant before we were even seated!
Good food, always a good time, and with great service. Jose (The GM) helped smoothly accommodate a complex payment request for a work outing. I'll be back!
Priced kind of high but you get very generous portions. Typical Mexican restaurant but very pleasant atmosphere. DO NOT GET THE SWIRL FROZEN MARGARET! Personally, it tasted like fruity throw up. Only bright side was it was happy hour and I got two dollars off my drink.
Great food and wonderfully fast service! I had a late lunch at the bar on Tuesday and there weren’t a lot of people in the restaurant at the time. So, the food came out super quick after placing my order. The free chips are the kind I like, nice and thin. I ordered cheese and onion enchiladas and the bartender picked up that I am vegetarian. She asked if I wanted to substitute the retried beans and Mexican rice, which a lot of people don’t realize what’s in the food they eat. Will definitely go there again.
