The Italian Store

The only thing I miss about NOVA is this place. The best sandwiches, subs and pizza. All worth trying, all amazing. Just a really solid deli counter. They set the bar so high that every Italian deli I've been to since falls short on flavor. Tons of imported wines and Italian food products that can't otherwise be found in the area. Order ahead of time, this place is popular and can get crowded fast. Definitely worth checking out.

If you like deli food, you would be wise to go here. Best Italian subs in the DC area. I like the Capri. Also, make sure you try the pasta salad and seafood salad. Getting hungry thinking about it

This place easily has some of the, if not the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Easily one of my favorite places to go to for an awesome Italian sandwich. They have great choices and everything is completely fresh!

The Italian Store has THE best sandwiches in the DC area! The pizza is also great and I am Italian and from NY! This place is always mobbed at lunch so if you are headed there call in your order at least 20 minutes ahead. My only complaint for this location is the checkout staff could be a little friendlier, the staff behind the counter making the sandwiches is always excellent.

The Italian Store has the best subs in the area without question. My favorite is the Palermo on soft roll with everything. The pizzas are pretty good too. The shop has many Italian market favorites including wines from many regions. Definitely worth a stop for a sub to go. I've been here over a dozen times and I will be back.
