Great alternative to chicken or Beef! Food taste good and fresh. Will definitely be back!!

So far, so good. This BurgerIM location just opened up here in Arlington. After looking them up on-line my husband and I were eager to try the little burgers. We both ordered the trio burger combination meal. We enjoyed everything we had but we both said the Classic was our favorite. They cooked the aged beef patty to medium so we both liked those better too. The taste of the actual hamburger patties are a solid good to very good. The white buns were tasty and with the toppings they did seem like little gourmet burgers. It was plenty of food for both of us and I ended up not being able to finish my 1.5 of my burgers because I filled up on the sweet potato fries and fries which were reasonably portioned and so awesome that you can mix them. Our order (with sides and drinks) came to $30+. Not cheap but the quantity of food was a good ratio to the price and we could have ordered the 2 burgers instead of the 3 to be more frugal. We can't wait to go back to try some of the other options. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and patient with our questions. Our orders were correct except there was sauce on one of mine that I requested to have none. I didn't bother to ask for another one - it wasn't a big deal and easily scraped off. The dining area was clean and a worker was actively cleaning tables. Hope they do well. Great addition to the neighborhood!

We went back and received the best possible service. The owner was gracious and did everything he could to give us proper service. The food was amazing and we could not have felt more welcome. After listening to his explanation, we fully understood and of course every restaurant has it's pains before opening. We will definitely be back and hope everyone has a chance to check out one of our new burger spots!

We had tried this chain while we were in Los Angeles and were excited to here it was coming to our local area. We drove 30 minutes to get some burgers at burgerim in Arlington, VA today (Friday). The sign clearly states that it closes at 9pm and so does the website/Yelp/google. We got there at 820, well before they were going to close and the cashier was insistent that they close at 8pm and wouldn’t let us order. If you are advertising something, please follow through with it. Extremely disappointed and will not be going back. Seems to me that the cashier was rushing to get out for some reason and didn’t want people to order anymore. We were given no reason or explanation as the cashier was barely even acknowledging we were there.

These burger are amazing, got them for my birthday and loved the chips, burgers and wings. The employees were awesome and professional. I’m so happy this open near me.

I'm a little person even one of the burgers is very filling. Juicy, like the wheat bun. Look forward to trying the chicken and other beef varieties. Very nice staff, trendy atmosphere. Thank you!
