District Dumplings

Yum. James down the best dumplings in the district. Service is great, quality is consistent, and the restaurant is a comfortable place to grab a bite.

First no ready made dumpling sauce, -1 star. We ordered 4 sets of 10 dumplings. Two sets came out and were really good. The pork and peppers and the chicken and basil were perfectly cooked and yummy. Then our second 2 sets came out as we were finishing the first wave and they were obviously burned and they were unapologetic. -1 star. People are right about the lack of atmosphere.

Great dumplings, 0 atmosphere. Definitely a take-out only restaurant. No A/C, no music, no decor. Would still go back for the dumplings

The dumplings are tasty, I am from northern China so I was really excited first learning there will be a dumpling place opening in this area. Beyond my expectation, especially the pork shrimp and chive ones reminded me of my kindergarten meals and the chef. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could, they just opened, so it’s gonna take them a while to figure out that some people here apparently value “service” more than “taste”.
