Mazaro Italian Restaurant

Happened to walk in as we were in the area. The place has outdoor/indoor seating and is very cute. The food was good but it wasn’t anything extraordinary. The bartender was the most attentive staff, but our waitress lacked experience and took forever to get our appetizer out. Prices are fair, but I wouldn’t come back because nothing about it blew me away.

Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff/management, wine was great & if that’s not enough, the food was amazing. Best Italian food I’ve had in the US - and must be because the chef just got here from Italy last week (so brand new menu too).

If you go, definitely try the sautéed calamari. I’ve been looking for years for a place that does this and they nailed it.

I had some great time with family and friends last weekend at Mazaro. The food was amazing, the service was superb and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I had the seafood pasta , the portion was generous and the taste was just perfect . The owner came few times to say hello and was very friendly. Without hesitation, this is now our favorite Italian restaurant in Arlington. Go check it out, you will be very impressed.

Great food, wonderful atmosphere. Not your typical Italian restaurant. Met the owner Maha very personable. You should give this restaurant a try you won’t be disappointed!
