Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse

Wow! I am not normally a person to enjoy this cuisine, but the quality of food and pleasant atmosphere was an absolute delight! I went on opening night, and it was clear that the staff was nervous and trying to make sure everything flowed well. I could see management doing their best to support the less-than-experienced staff, rather than flat out berating them. Food was delicious, the robot server that passed by us was adorable, the and the customer service was out of this world! I’m an individual who values seeing mistakes happen and being acknowledged and improved upon, rather than making me feel gaslit into events never happening. Will absolutely be back!

Ordered sushi to go and it was delicious! Some of the best sushi in the area. So grateful to have that addition to Botetourt County. Host was friendly and delegated super well! Can’t wait to go back!

My family of three all enjoyed the food. We loved the dessert cake roll and mochi ice cream. The service was good, and the facilities were very nice.

Ordered take out with mostly sushi orders. Everything was great for a great price. Glad I no longer have to drive 40 or so minutes across town for sushi. Fried banana is a must try along with the Tamago (sweet egg). Will be dining here often.

I'm really impressed with this place. They did a great job remodeling the inside. Its very clean and modern feeling. The food was excellent across the board. I don't miss having someone cook in front of me at all and it's very nice to not share a table w strangers. Great addition to Daleville!
