Why only 3 stars?

The staff here is horrible. The only one who is good is the middle-aged lady who is super nice and has been there a while. There’s too many workers wanting to talk to other customers in an inefficient manner. I was also alone in the store and it took 15! minutes for a chicken philly! I’ve also heard they run off good employees because they don’t pay them much. 3 stars because their subs are always good, even if it takes all day to make and almost 10$ for a regular!

Still Can't say enough great things about jersey Mike's, still my favorite place to eat. Love,???? love their subs. Super attentive employees.

Jersey Mike's makes the best gluten free subs! They are very tedious in preparing your food gluten free...they even have designated condiments and knives to be sure nothing has been cross contaminated. The manager oversees the gf sandwich making process. A young gentleman employee, who seemed to be new, began to cut my sandwich with a regular knife and the manager immediately stopped him, calmly explained to him the process, educated him on cross contamination, and made me a new sandwich. I highly recommend this sandwich shop!
