O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Stopped in for a bite around 10 pm. Hailey was our server. So sweet and upbeat. Food was excellent. Our daughter had the chicken fingers done Nashville hot style. They were amazing!!! Great potato skins appetizer and our burgers were so juicy and flavorful. Great place!!!

We got there about 2 hours before closing. We were never treated like it was a burden. We had the classic cheese burger and Nashville chicken tenders. The food was excellent, burgers were perfectly cooked and the chicken tenders were so flavorful. If your looking for good food and great service, then if you go here you will find it.

Absolutely the best prime rib. All the trimmings were excellent. Service was great. I would recommend Old Charleys to anyone. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Can't wait to go back.

Food was very good and service was friendly. Seating by hostess was not organized as they didn't even use the chart and just walked us through looking for an empty, clean table. Cleanliness of restaurant and dishes themselves were definitely lacking. I brought it to the servers attention and I believe it caught them by surprise because I didn't get much of any verbal response. Dirty plates were replaced but honestly new ones were not much better so we just didn't use them. It had been quite some time since I had eaten at this location. Free kids meal with adult purchase is a nice benefit.

Quiet friendly atmosphere, some foods are great, some not so great. I started the meal with a very nice bowl of loaded potato soup... it was cheesy and tasty. Then the bread, dry...the butter tasteless... not very impressive. Fried Green Tomatoes were delicious. My steak was tender and juicy, cooked correctly medium-rare... couldve had a touch of seasoning but basically tasted like there was barely any on it... I opted for the mashed sweet potatoes and I was slightly disappointed, flavorless... couldve had a touch more butter and cinnamon and I'd feel satisfied... all in all for the $30 I feel like portion sizes were adequate but it lacked the flavor I'd expect. 3 stars
