Poke Sushi Bowl Barracks

The build-your-own bowl was wonderful. Tons of yummy toppings and sauces to pick from. I was very impressed how tasty their Ahi Tuna and Spicy Tuna was. I really enjoyed this meal and would definitely come back again. They do takeout too, would be perfect for a quick lunch.

What they sell and the way they treat customers is top drawer. If you enjoy sushi, or soba or ramen noodle soups, you will likely find that you enjoyed going there. It is not a place with a lot of ambiance, but for this type of food it is relatively similar to the same type of restaurant in Japan -- no frills, just functional. Other than some of the food being made a bit like the American styles of making sushi, etc., the only notable difference is that the Japanese soup chefs have a flare for the actual presentation of each bowl of soup that is seldom found in the United States. I recommend it to you if you have not tried it yet.

Really enjoy what they are doing here. I don't eat meat, so my bowls only have tofu. But the flavors are fun, and I enjoy the mix-ins. I love all the unique drinks/teas, even though I normally get water. The seating and atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are always kind. I enjoy the sweet and hot sauce and the spicy mayo. Great place for a quick bite.

The atmosphere is casual and ordinary. However, the food is anything but ordinary. It is quite delicious. I was pleasantly surprised for this being my first time. The food was fresh, delicious, and served fast. I have found my new go to place for great meals.
