    Attn all W&M graduates and people who cherish The Cheese Shop in Williamsburg: They have house dressing... Yes, THAT house dressing (and same sandwiches). Go grab some bread ends and go to town.

    I was down in Charlottesville to visit UVA and one of my teachers who went there recommended this place for lunch. Very, very glad I took that recommendation. The restaurant itself has a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere, all the employees were very nice and friendly as well and the sandwiches are amazing (especially the house dressing!). If you're ever in Charlottesville, I highly recommend this place.

    Everyone who works here is always so friendly - it is so nice! I typically only stop by to buy some bread ends and a 1/2 pint of their house dressing for when I visit wineries/cideries in the area. Their sandwiches are good but not what I really go for. If you buy the bread ends and dressing, it's a little over $3 which makes it a great snack!

    Love this place. Great sandwiches and sides. All home made and their "sauce" is addictive . A small "hole in the wall" but a local favorite. Fresh bread deli meat, cheese and their sauce. YUM

    Awesome sandwiches. Sucks they don't stay open for dinner. It's a little pricey imo, but the quality and flavor is definitely there. My favorite as of now is the salami and cheese (with house dressing, and all the toppings except bacon).

    I think they also bake their own bread, and they also make awesome cookies. Get the Everything Cookie!
