Wawa

Shotout to this Wawa great customer service. Came to get the delish Guatemala Huehuetenango coffee and it was empty. The coffee associate said it'll be 5 min and for free for the inconvenience. ???? whoop whoop... thank you!

I absolutely love wawa but my experience tonight was definitely not 5 star worthy.
I visit wawa several times a day for Colombian coffee. I know and thoroughly adore most of the staff there (N Bailey Bridge) Tonight, a girl named Casey I am unfamiliar with, was beyond rude. When I asked "who's on coffee?" she rolled her eyes and with a disgusted look and tone replies, "I'll be over there in a minute." Then, instead of apologizing that the coffee was wrong (to myself AND the other gentleman who wanted it) she made excuses as to why it was so watery. I really think this is just a training issue but people who hate customers shouldn't be serving customers.
Kim and Annette were very quick to apologize both for the coffee and Caseys behavior.
The "manager" on duty, Amber...knew there was an issue and completely ignored it.
I've never been treated so this disrespectfully at this location and I hope never to be, again.

The people who staff WaWa are enduring by far. They put up with enormous rudeness from customers DUMPING milk, sugar, cappuccino, creamer or anything really all over the counters. They wipe them down every 20 minutes. So gross. Even little kids don't pour or slop their drinks all over mom's tablecloth. Adults doing this? Very low or common. Maybe there should be a wood table out back for these people & indoor admittance denied. Solidarity.

This place is great. Anytime I've been there, the food and drinks have been great, lines are never long, and the staff is incredibly helpful. I recently had an issue with my Google Pay and they spent almost an hour trying to help me before one actually paid for my things. It was so embarrassed and such, but it was so thoughtful of them and I will be going there to pay them back soon.

You just need to stop here. I think that soon you will see WAWA all over the state. They can make mean sandwiches, and they are generous with size and extras. We need more WAWA!!
