“In not really sure why the ratings are so low on this establishment. The service was spectacular and we had 4 different people help with drinks or clearing tables including a manager. The food was very good. The Mac and cheese egg rolls were amazing. The caprese salad was good, but I couldn't taste the pesto would have completed it. The steak special was a great deal at 12.99 and was cooked perfectly. The bacon wrapped meatloaf was much like other meatloaf but good and the BBQ sauce was great. The sweet tea was spot on . The interior design was trendy and had an American cowboy theme with a riding bull in the corner, all of the hostesses/servers wrote cowboy hats, but it wasn't overdone to make it cheesy like I've seen elsewhere. Prices were reasonable and there was plenty of seating for small or large groups. Thank you for the experience. I'm glad I ignored Google reviews this time.”

“Ordered a combo with fries. I got tater tots because person ringing up order put tots instead of fries. When order arrived and got tots, i ask for fries. They told me, we need to see your receipt because they werent comfortable giving food without receipt. Nevermind they brought us no napkins, salt or ketchup. They are comfortable in that respect. And, overall, its nice to be made to feel like a fry thief. They have me pegged, i drove an hour to get a free order of fries. BU BYE.”

“Visited the Chital Drive location the other night (mid-week, around 7 PM) with my wife. The restaurant was no more than half full. Outback is my favorite steak restaurant but this is the first time I visited this particular location. The service was mediocre at best. The young lady seemed completely disinterested. Not that she was rude, just indifferent. The food was very good except for the side salad that was small, limp and watery. I felt like they had scraped the bottom of the salad bowl to come up with it. I'll give this location another try since it is closed to my new home. Maybe I was just there on a bad night.”

“Love Cold Stone! It was National Ice Cream day so we had a BOGO coupon. The ice cream the time was melting so fast and dripping down the sides of my cup. A little messier than usual and they were rushing even though they didn't close for 45 minutes. They need to slow down and still treat customers with same courtesy no matter what time it is. Quality is important!”

“I loved this store. I'm not in the area often but I would go back. You're probably thinking a subway is a subway, right? Well the folks working at this Subway are some of the nicest folks I've met working at a Subway in a long time. After my friend and I ordered the wifi went down and neither of us could pay. They filled our entire order and let us eat while they tried to fix it. It eventually got fixed and we finished up and paid. They kept apologizing for the delay but I was just happy to have my lunch and get served and not forced to go somewhere else. Another person came in while it was being fixed and wanted to order and she asked if he had cash or a few minutes to wait while the machine was being fixed, he was rude and made a huff about it and it wasn't her fault. It was unnecessary and he made an already bad situation much worse for her. I greatly appreciate the kindness and the food was fresh and delicious.”

“An interesting restaurant. The patio looks great; will probably return and try that. I ordered my burger medium rare, and it definitely arrived well done (see pic). That was a bummer. And my fries were lukewarm - I could see they’d been waiting for awhile in a little heater area; presumably while my husband’s meal cooked. I only ate about a third. I did appreciate that the manager realized she only gave my husband half his meal and ended up cooking more. And - they say they don’t allow tips on credit/debit cards, only cash? She said it was because they pay their servers a living wage, so we didn’t need to tip the card, but then she said we could leave cash instead? Not prepared for that. I’d probably give closer to 3.5 stars, but ambiance was nice and I’d give the food another try.”

“Door Dash order. Food came and no sauce provided for dumplings. Ordered the combo hibachi and requested steak (medium) and shrimp; gave me steak (mediumish) and chicken. The hibachi had very little vegetables and no noodles, but there was enough rice to compensate for lack of noodles but flavor was lacking so I had to drown it in yum-yum sauce. No brown sauce provided for the hibachi either. No utensils were provided either. Overall it was acceptable, but felt mid-range. Would not order delivery from here again though.”
