“Happy that I found an O'Charleys in Richmond because the only one I have ever been to is in Bristol, Virginia. It's always been one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately for some reason rain likes to follow my birthday, of course I was able to eat inside, just cover my head when we left. I got my favorite which salmon which comes with sweet potatoes. And I picked the cherry pie for dessert which was very sweet, I should have just got the apple pie but I was looking at the calories. So my birthday cake was the cherry pie. ????????????????”

“Churches Chicken in Petersburg is my personal favorite but Bojangles is my 2nd. Customer service was excellent and the food was great. I have to add this in: I got a 3 piece meal, 2 dark meat pieces and 1 white meat piece. Okay, so I'm obsessed with fried chicken and have eaten it at many places to include home. But when I asked for a breast, I got a HUGE one and let me tell you, it was hot and it was the juiciest piece of white meat chicken I have EVER had! It was amazing!”

“I love this place and so does everyone else in a twenty mile radius! If you're looking to get anything done without a huge line of people at the pumps or inside, don't go during peak hours. Especially on Fridays since that's normally payday for many people. The staff are very sweet, and some know me by face since I'm there so often. Food is always great, coffee hot, custom drinks awesome, and their store stays stocked on nearly everything. For those stopping for restrooms, they're always clean unless it's a crazy rush -- then you might find little things wrong like bits of tissue on the floor or water all over the sink. Nothing too major.”

“The experience with my order was definitely different this time around. My order was labeled correctly but the pizza inside was not correct. Just glad I have the habit of checking my order (no matter the restaurant) before I leave. The Chester Papa John's team had no problem in correcting the order. I waited inside allowing me to see just how the team interacts with one another and their customers. They were great. Giving compliments to the delivery team members as they returned, handling inbound calls, and assisting walk-in customers with cheerful personalities. I received my corrected order and was the best mom when I got home.”

“All I can say is: BEST PIZZA IN THE AREA! I once had a pizza in NY about 11/12 years that forever defined my definition of the "perfect pizza" and since that pizza my palate has been on a subconscious quest to find a similar pizza and well IT FOUND IT! At Mama's! In order for a pizza too be perfect all 3 elements must exist: 1. perfect sauce (not too much oregano and not too thick. Sweet/tart balance) 2. The crust (floppy, simple, no spice 'that's the sauce's job' slightly chewy) 3. Cheese (perfect amount of salt, slightly chewy, baked to where tiny golden dots speckle the pie minus the giant cheese scab of an overbaked pie I knew the pizza had potential when I smelled it and when I opened it my mouth was like "could this be it? The pizza we've been searching for?" And then I took a bite and it was like the stars aligned (in this case flavor and texture). So yes good pizza DOES exist in the south and it's at Mama's! P.S. I like only cheese and my husband likes pepperoni hence the weird looking pizza in the photo”

“Wendy’s food is horrible for your health and full of grease. That makes it perfect cheat day fodder. I love a good bacon burger. The food at this location is always hot and full of greasy goodness. My only hang up is the service. They are fast, and do their jobs, but that’s it. There’s no smiling faces, no friendly banter, and nobody looks happy to be there. I get it, it’s work... but other restaurants have much more friendly and outgoing staff. They do their jobs well enough that they obviously care about what they’re doing, but I can’t help but wonder if the leadership here is poor. I’m retired Army, leaders are supposed to motivate their people. The employees here don’t look happy, and that is usually 99% due to a bad manager or owner....”
