(June 30, 2019, 12:20 am)Corporate Marketing Dept. for Five Guys is phenomenal. Should spend more resources on improving the value of the product and service to the customer. Fail to recognize what differentiates them from any other fast food burger place but the premium pricing.

(June 16, 2019, 11:15 pm)Recently dined at Five guys on a trip back from D.C. Right off of I-95 near Southpark exit in Petersburg.
Was looking for a burger and fries fast but better than the typical fast food chains. I was not disappointed, was able to quickly order the burger the way I wanted it, add the fries (and Five Guys gives you loads of fries) and a drink and get in and out quickly. The burger was better than most higher end chains and the fries, well lets just say I couldn't finish them all!
