(February 15, 2020, 1:54 am)Good service, good inexpensive food, clean dining area ... perhaps the largest, newest, cleanest Taco Bell location in the tri-cities and Richmond. Getting a manager to look up from her personal cellphone to acknowledge you as a guest , a huge opportunity!

(November 17, 2019, 3:39 pm)This new location has a nicer environment. It is cleaner, the self checkout screens are great. Our food took a little while to come out but they were helping a lady that didn't get exactly what she wanted from the drive thru. The staff were all friendly. We ate inside and it was clean and welcoming.
