    The owner is not the most outgoing outgoing business owner I've ever met but he was running the place and preparing the food by himself so he didn't have a lot of time for small talk.
    As far as the sushi I had a "Rainbow Roll" which was very good. I liked it well enough that I went back several days later for another.

    I love his food. We are lucky to have a chef with his skills in our small mountain town. This is the best food I have found the in town of Covington. Many thanks for all the great dinners my family and I have enjoyed from here.
