    our waitress was lovely very attentive very caring the food was excellent and the owner is the best I have come in contact for a long while it was very nice to dine at his restaurant

    Well I thought the food was excellent. The crab cakes are delicious. It's a nice quiet place to enjoy a great fine dining meal. Have a great glass of wine and sit back and enjoy your meal, that's all I can say about The School field Restaurant.

    I was really disappointed with my experience here. I had been looking forward to going for a while. Our service was great, which is why I gave 3 stars. The food was lackluster at best. The beets in the beet salad tasted as if they were canned. The crab cakes were not great which was really disappointing as I had hear great things about them. There was a lot of fat and not the marbling kind on my steak. For the price they were charging I would have preferred not paying for fat. I was expecting more, and this is the main reasons I will not be going back .
