Applebee's Grill + Bar

Placed a to go order. Food was good but not hot. Servers were standing around watching me wait to place an order but didn't come to assist me at all. After standing there for almost ten minutes a server that was actually assigned to tables named Jessica passed by greeted me and asked had I been helped. I told her no that the other servers were just looking at me stand there. She apologized and politely took my order. Other servers didn't even try to assist her in doing that.

No greeter working on a Friday night . Very chaotic atmosphere. Had three waitstaff stop at our table before we were able to order food and drinks. I ordered a strawberry balsamic salad which was good my husband's rice was very dry and the presentation was unappetizing.
