Wendy's

We are very impressed with the outstanding customer service at this location. Ms. Elsie was very nice, sincere and friendly from the time we placed the order to the time we picked it up. She even walked to our table to drop dipping sauces for the nuggets. The food was great and the service was outstanding!!!

I drive through Emporia often to go to South Carolina and each time on the way there and on the way back home I stop at this Wendy's and let me tell you, it's a solid Wendy's. The staff are usually very nice and the food is always top tier for a Wendy's. I highly recommend stopping here if you're passing through.

Food quality was great, but restaurant had very very slow service. A quick off-highway stop took 50 minutes, just to get our food.

This might be the best Wendy's experience I've ever had. Stopped in for an early lunch while travelling back home to Florida. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was PERFECT. Cooked hot, fresh, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My fries were perfectly crispy and salty. Also got a small chocolate frosty and it was perfect for a hot summer day. Hands down the best Wendy's experience. Complete professional and kind staff too!!
