JB was polite and quickly assisted my wife and I. It is our visit and she helped us with the menu and even gave us a recommendation. The knockout was delicious. Will definitely stop by again if near by.

Crisp chicken, flavorful sauce on a toasted bun makes it a top tier sandwich for me! Wings here are special, they are cooked to order served with a secret sauce that enhances the experience. Fries are incredible (waffle frys) they sell the meals in my opinion. Try em out, make good decisions!

Best fried chicken I have ever had in the area and probably in the States too. It’s unfortunate that we discovered this place because we can’t have chicken sandwiches from anywhere else now. Imagine your chicken sandwich loaded with chicken that you have to take several bites before getting to your bread. If you like your fried chicken crispy, tender, juicy and flavorful, this is the place to go. Bonus if you are a fan of spicy food. I consider myself really good at handling spice and they can go beyond my comfort level. O.G. Hot level is both my husband’s and my favorite. You can also get it non-spicy if you prefer. Waffle fries are also fire (I personally don’t even like waffle fries from anywhere else). Everything is made to order - freshly breaded, seasoned and cooked. It truly deserves so much more hype and business.

My wife and I stopped here on a Friday evening after walking around Green Spring Gardens. We had chicken tenders and fries. They allowed us to try two different spice levels on the same order, which we appreciated. The atmosphere was great - they have little ring games on the tables to pass the time while waiting for the food. We loved the rap/trap music too. Only issue is that it was tough to get the trash from the large rectangular tray into the tiny circular hole over the trash can. Will come here again next time we are in the area, hopefully we can come before 6pm to try a happy hour cocktail.

Mooo-ve over Chik-fil-a, Hot Lola's is here to stay. Wow, talk about a great chicken sandwich...and heat, yeah they have that! My husband and I stopped by on a Saturday night for a bite to eat and we were very satisfied with the experience. This location is new and tucked around the corner of the shopping complex with Lidl on Little River Turnpike; so I was not surprised there were only a few customers while we were there and it was 8pm; so a little late for the dinner rush. I expect this location will be hopping as soon as more people know about it, because the chicken is just that good. Your meal is made to order; so you might have to wait up to 10 minutes, but aside from that being a very small amount of time, there are table top games in the dining room for you to play at your table while you wait. I picked a table with the Hook and Ring game and my husband and I tried valiantly and often unsuccessfully, to get the ring to be captured by the hook. It was a fun distraction. We both ordered the original Hot Lola chicken sandwich at the "OG Hot" (#6) level of heat. The chicken was crispy and a very generous portion of chicken. The flavor combination was on point with the sauce and accoutrements like pickles. The sandwich was a little messy to eat, but not greasy, more just sauce and yummy chicken juices. The only thing I would change next time is the level of heat. Level 6 was a little more heat than I like; so I would probably order a level 4 or 5 next time. Level 6 did not overpower the flavors of the sandwich, but the heat built enough over time, that it pushed the boundaries on what I enjoy, that's all. I was not sure how much of an asian influence the heat meter had and now I know. You live, you learn. Anyway, the waffle fries were also the best I have had in a while; very crisp on the outside and soft potato yumminess inside. The combo meals come with fries and a fountain drink. They also offer beer, cocktails and soon they will add wine to the menu. Needless to say, we will be back. Thanks for a great experience! :-)
