The Best. Just amazing. Legit hot chicken. The code blue is NOT for the weak at heart.
I went here for lunch and got the sando with medium spiciness. It was amazing. The way the pickles and slaw worked with the hot chicken is delicious. They give you a nicely sized chicken breast so the sandwich is just enough to be satisfying. I also got an order of the savory fries which were those thin fries commonly seen elsewhere. They give you a big portion of fries so I was completely done after finishing it. I just can't stop thinking about the food. It's my new favorite spot.
I got a notice on Google to check this place out... And I'm glad I did. I love fried chicken and this was no disappointment. I asked what I should order and they suggested the sando sandwich. I usually don't like coleslaw, especially on my sandwich but I figured I would try it the way it comes. This was an amazing sandwich. The chicken was moist with great seasonings and spice. The contrast with the coleslaw freshened it up... Then you get bread and butter pickles. Amazing. No place uses bread and butter pickles.... Always disgusting dill. Fries were good and hot and dipping them in the come-back sauce made all the difference. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!
Worth the wait! This place is popular! The heat is real, if you like spicy food order their level 2 and up. If you don't like spice but want some great fried chicken order the classic or mild.
Had the chicken sando level 3 with savory fries, and it was very good. Chicken was crispy and juicy and the flavor was good - not too spicy and not too plain. The coleslaw and pickles tasted fresh and added the perfect contrast to the spicy chicken. Fries were well seasoned shoestring fries. Not sure what the one star guy ate, but it probably wasn't here.
