Shake Shack Mosaic District

We had a great experience here! Super clean and well run, service was fairly fast. Little highly priced but that's the nature of the area. The food and shakes were really good.

Burgers and shakes are the BEST! When they first opened they were definitely slow. But I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in speed and service. Just picked up burgers and a chicken sandwich and wait was less than 8 minutes. Sometimes their online app ordering has been unavailable in the evenings. That needs to improve because I live in the area and like to just have it ready for pickup. Fortunately, ordering at the counter has gotten much faster. Again, awesome food always good. Please stay forever in Mosaic!! It’s been my favorite new restaurant there.

This is another great addition to NOVA’s shake shack locations! It is conveniently located in Mosaic District, making it easy to park, access it as well as walk around and enjoy the shopping center after eating.

The store itself is big and was clean on our visit. The menu is oddly placed on a far left wall not near the cashier, but you can always look up their menu online to make things easier.

The smokeshack tasted delicious. They offer mayo and ketchup packets but the mayo packet was hard to open up. Their water bottle sizes are a generous portion.

Shake Shake never misses when it comes down to the food. With this new location location in Mosaic, it has been great so far from my experience.

The Food: I went with the double stack avocado bacon burger with a side of crinkle cut fries. The burger was nicely cooked and delicious as always. The fries were crisp and paired with with the shack sauce.

The Service: for this location, they had multiple ordering kiosks for you to use, but there was one register taking orders as well. The kiosk was easy to navigate and very straightforward. The time it took for me to get my order was longer than I'd like, but that varies depending on time/day.

Overall, solid 4/5. No complaints besides wait time.

Good burger and food, washroom was clean, but not the healthiest. The healthiest option is the chicken burger with lettuce wrap.
