BGR The Burger Joint

Fries and onion rings were very tasty. Burgers were a bit overcooked on the outside (ordered medium well). Cashier was friendly. Staff was quick and efficient. A little pricey.

Want to make 2.5 stars, but rounded up. Arrived about 12:40p on Friday and stood in line for what had to be 10+ minutes with about 8 people in front of me and only 1 register taking orders. Plenty of staff, very courteous and friendly manager who apologized for overall wait. Though the cashier said, "15 minutes ok until you get your food?", it was over 30 minutes. The wait time was incredibly long for this sort of place and for a burger. The manager said to order online next time. I strongly recommend this!!
The burger was good, not necessarily great. The regular fries were served hot and unseasoned, which is fine. With tax, my bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg, fries, and drink was $15. This will fall into the 'once a year' visit category.

I've been here several times since it opened. The food is consistently outstanding. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean. Will keep coming here.

I just had a really good burger and garlic fries at this BGR. The burger was an honest 1/3 pound, but was undercooked from the medium I had asked for. I was too far away when I discovered this to go back. Aside from that, the burger was excellent. The garlic fries were delicious, but over the top. A better name for them would be 'extremely garlicky fries'. But man, they were good. I'll just shut my office door for the rest of the night to keep my garlic breath to myself. And now I know better for next time.
The restaurant itself was neat, clean, and the employees were very friendly. The restroom was clean. The soda fountain offers Coke products, the tea was Honest Tea.

Very good burgers and outstanding service. I don't eat much red meat anymore, but I will definitely be back here. Every time I have been here, every member of the the staff has been happy to help and very focused on the customer.
