Shin Se Kai Ramen Bar

I really love this place, i just stop by yesterday. The food really good and their customer service was super fantastic. Especially Kevin is manager there he really nice and helpful also his team is very nice too, they explain for us all about the menu.

Food: Fantastic. Non-traditional (you won't find tonkatsu on their soft opening menu, which speaks volumes). Excellent flavor with a flair toward street food in it's presentation. Generous portions. Excited to try their other broths.

Ambience: Close your eyes and tell me you don't feel more like you're in a bustling crowd enjoying food on the streets of Japan. Great atmosphere. Seating isn't extremely comfortable, but this doesn't appear to be the kind of place you chill at for hours at a time. Come in for the food, come back to relive the experience.

Overall excited to see this place in Vienna. I'll be back often and hungry. I wrote this review while in their soft launch. There are some issues, but nothing you wouldn't expect from a soft opening. No reason to give less than five stars at this point.

I am so happy there is a LEGIT ramen bar in Vienna! This place is great. The chicken ramen was really delicious and not too expensive. I loved the decor and atmosphere. I will definitely be a regular.

Beautiful restaurant, the ambiance is just as great as the food. Everything I tried tasted wonderful, cant wait to return and try out some new dishes. The servers were very kind and friendly, and I loved the open kitchen (which looks just as beautiful and clean as the dinning area.)
