Frist time buyer, very sticky glazes. A little too sweet for me. Cole Slaw dressing was more similar to thousand island dressing. Ok but different.

So glad I found this little spot. I love Korean chicken and this spot is perfect for it. The portions are nicely sized and the sauce is amazing.

Do not let the modest appearance of this restaurant fool you! :-)

Noori Chicken (formerly Cheogajip Chicken until recently, I believe) is the BEST fried I could find in all of WMA and this is coming from someone who just moved to this area after having eaten at half a dozen pretty good Korean chicken joints in NY/NJ for 8+ years AND tried Bonchon, BBQ, and Choong Man (spell?) Chicken already. Nothing comes even close to Noori Chicken! To me they seem to have truly mastered the art of frying chicken to the perfect crispy-on-the-outside, juicy-and-moist-inside doneness, all with a clean, classic taste of authentic Korean fried chicken, void of MSG. Need I say more? :^) (Half kidding aside, if you or your family is sensitive to foods containing MSG and would like to try fried chicken that only contains somewhat minimal amount, this is the place for you. I used to become SO thirsty after eating Korean fried chicken. This chicken does not do that to you.)

With that said, I think most folks opt for pick-ups as the restaurant itself has seating for only 3-4? tables; I have never had any issues with pick-ups though because they always seem to fry the chicken fresh so the chicken stays hot and crunchy for another 20 minutes or so. (Noori Chicken also reheats very well -- I just use the microwave, LOL -- unlike the other chicken places' and this was the game-changer for me; the chicken is still pretty crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside the next day. It was pretty incredible! :-)

The sauces are $2 extra each but you might not need them/go easy on the sauce (I like to just dip instead of pouring over the fried chicken, which is also how some like to eat Korean fried chicken). The free coleslaw and radish they give you on the side are also both tasty; I always eat my chicken with rice -- apparently the true Korean way -- so try that if you haven't yet! Highly recommend this place! I think I've eaten their chicken a dozen times already (and I just moved to VA)! LOL!

I ordered by phone and by the time I got there, the food were ready for pick up. The chickens were really crispy and the supreme sauce was delicious! Most importantly, they’re service were great!
