First time here and they nailed my burger. Fries were good with just the right amount of seasoning. Will be back.
The first time I ate here was a decent experience. The burger tasted fresh and was cooked to order (medium), and the pretzel bun was on point. The ranch sauce that comes with the tater tots was OUTSTANDING and tasted scratch-made. It was a bit pricey overall though. I should be able to get a burger and a side for $12 or under in this area easy.
Today was a totally different story though. I wanted to call ahead and place an order for pickup, as preparation time can take 20 minutes here. I called at 11:30 am and was promptly placed on hold. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before deciding to just drive to the restaurant and place the order in person, and see if someone picked me back up on the drive. Nope. I walked in the door at 20 minutes on hold and watched the single cashier place another customer on hold.
I saw one cashier and 3 chefs in the kitchen. I looked around the restaurant and saw all of the people waiting for their orders, and decided to leave. I understand and sympathize with the fact that people "call in" and restaurants get short-staffed. I really do. But it is also a fact that EVERY restaurant has to deal with the same problem. It is one thing for orders to get backed up when you're short-staffed. It is another thing entirely to leave customers on hold and never respond.
I had the buffalo chicken sandwich substituting the standard Bleu cheese crumbles with ranch and fries. It was a decent sandwich that was surprisingly filling. A little more could be had in the taste department, but it was very fresh. My wife had a classic burger which looked very good and juicy. She enjoyed it very much. The dining area is very clean and the staff is exceptionally nice and welcoming. I would recommend this spot if you're in the area and don't want to go to a typical chain.
First time here. Burgers are good and patties are legit meat and size. Will come here again and try the wings and other sides.
Awesome burger spot that just opened near my house. Fries and shake were well done. Burger was good but both mine and my wife's was very salty. Ingredients tasted good but the salt was a little extra. I'm sure as they get more time open they will get consistency nailed down. We will be back.
