I love this place! It's inexpensive, filling and tasty! I've been back a couple of times and plan yo keep going back!
A great find! Great dumplings with complimentary tea, good vegetarian options. The steamed dumplings take more time, but the fried dumplings are also delicious and come out very fast. Highly suggest the chicken basil dumplings.
I'm not an expert in dumplings but I definitely know how to eat and I liked these dumplings! I've tried just about all of them by now. The pork and bell peppers are really good. I don't see a huge difference between the pork and shrimp and other pork ones. The basil chicken are also pretty good if you like basil. I'm not a vegetarian but the Buddha's choice are pretty good and more moist and juicy inside.
I would recommend pan fried over steamed. Sometimes the steamed ones and soup dumplings stick together too much.
I like the complimentary water and hot tea while you wait although the tea does taste pretty diluted and could use a little strengthening up ;)
Staff has been nice and polite each time I have visited so far.
I don’t know why the other reviews say the dumplings are bland, because they certainly aren’t. I enjoy coming here! I remember the first time I got a free noodle salad type thing but the next I didn’t. It’d be nice to get a side rather than just straight dumplings. But overall, great place.
