(October 18, 2018, 8:34 pm)If you want a fast Chinese meal, Panda Express will do the job. Will it be as good as a regular restaurant or take out place? Probably not. I wouldn't use Panda Express to order a take home meal for my family, and if I was going out with friends and family and had the time, again not here. But compared to a burger or chicken place, this rates high enough that I'd return to any of the chain's establishments.
