(February 3, 2019, 4:52 pm)Awesome place to get a quick breakfast bite. long lines mean it's obviously desirable to the local community and the lines don't last long at all. very efficient and very courteous, this spot is definitely gonna be on my list of local places to regularly visit. Keep doing what you're doing! it's definitely working!

(January 12, 2019, 1:25 am)I go to this place for one reason and one reason only - they sell Caribou Coffee beverages. The bagels are not very good if you love good bagels. Tables are often dirty. And I know it's not their fault and is not very relevant but the customers are ugly as hell.

(December 24, 2018, 4:24 am)I used to go to the Einstein location in Falls Church but after consistent bad experiences at that location, I now go out of my way to go to the Springfield location. The young skinny black guy who works at the Springfield location has absolutely fantastic customer service skills and is so helpful.
I recently came in about 45 minutes before they closed and ordered coffee; he let me know that the Hazelnut was out but offered to brew some more and told me it would be five minutes. I was so grateful, since I was headed out to work. Those are the types of employees who need to be promoted
