Panera Bread

We like Panera's sandwiches, soups, and salads. If you use the app, I found you realize (and can utilize) the number of choices you can add to your sandwich to make a really personalized sandwich. The one at Mosaic didn't have a line so using the app is not so critical. But finding parking (in the garage) and then finding the restaurant was a bit bewildering but doable (just not in your sleep). The garage does protect you from the elements and there's no charge.

This location has friendly staff and great customer service. One thing to mention though their “Italian” sandwich is very different than other sub shops and was not to my liking.

I guess if you like really hard bread and premade food this is the place for you. I will say that the restaurant itself is very nice as far as looks. Management is good. But the hired help is what you'd expect when you have hired help.

Panera bread was good. The service was super fast. I had a salad and soup and it was all good. I only issue with this Panera who wrote the parking is awful.
