District Taco

Quickly took order. Manager (or owner?) on a Wednesday night was super attentive and wanted to please. Food order done very well, fast, and accurate. Fresh and alot of fish in my fish tacos. Little on the pricier side for a taco in my view. Don't blame the franchisee for that.

It is a lovely and bright space. You have the option to order ahead via the app, use a kiosk in store or use the cashier. They have the Coke Freestyle machine, which is nice for variety.
The staff works hard and seems to miss the mark. They will insist that you have to use the kiosk if they do not want to take your order at the register. If you have any questions at the kiosk, it will not be met with friendliness. There will likely be some sort of problem with your order. All orders are packed to go style so unless you check the bag before leaving the counter, it may not be obvious.
The food is meh at best. It isn’t horrible, but it isn’t good either. Most meats appear to have a grey, reheated and unflavored appearance and taste.

The service was great and the mobile carryout system seemed really efficient to us.

But the food, especially for what it cost, was just ok. Not sure I'd prioritize this place next time I wanted a burrito/taco.

I did a mobile order through their website. While for a family of 4 it was $60 the portion size was not very big. Tacos were small but tasted good. Queso was awesome. Just a little disappointed in the portion size. I was also impressed that they got the order correct considering they just opened up the other week. I might go back but better portions and food for the money from Cafe Rio.
