“Fast food style burgers for premium prices. If I'm paying $26 for two burgers, I expect quality. I got two hockey pucks on on a soggy bun, moist fries, and my kid got two strips of wet chicken (they don't have a kids menu). Is there a leak in the kitchen or something? The milkshake was pretty good, but overall Freddy's in Fairfax, or Five Guys, is a much better value.”

“I’ve been here a couple times and the very first time the experience was great and the food was hot and delicious. But the last couple of times has me debating if I should even bother again. Waitresses have been so slow, hardly checking on you, I have to wave them down and the bartenders very slow, even when there’s no one at the bar and I can clearly see they aren’t busy just standing around trying to look cute. So much dust everywhere and in the ceiling coil/light fixtures, dangling over my table and food. I had a tiny fly in my margarita, ew. And when I had my waitress get me a new one, even after showing my fly infused drink to the manager, I only got an apology. The manager didn’t even come talk to me. And still charged me full price on that margarita. Although I got a new one, I think it should of been on the house or at least half priced. I mean, thank god I saw the floating fly before I took a sip! Yikes! But, I’m not one to get into confrontations, and I didn’t want to make it a huge deal but at least I would of appreciated if they gave it to me half priced or something. Needless to say, I have hope that this place will bounce back and be a 5 star restaurant again! So in that case, I’ll give it another fly! I mean try! UPDATE: I went again a few weeks ago and my family of 6 was seated very quickly, our waiter ( middle aged tall white gentleman with little hair ) was extremely nice, friendly, inviting and very attentive! Also, my margarita was perfect????????”

“Just a great all around experience. Went with kids and it just seemed magical. Shared a platter with everyone and good was amazing. My some eyes were saucers when he saw the ribs, fajitas, and shrimp come out. A great memory. Out server was attentive and great. The dessert was an other do treat. The kids were shocked to see it come out and the smiles were unreplaceable. It was just a great experience and the smiles were so great to see from an amazing experience.”
