    Best bagel I’ve ever had and the staff members are very friendly and patient.

    I hadn't been to an Einstein bagels in quite a long time.
    Stopped in for a bite to eat.
    I ordered a simple ham and cheese melt on a garlic bagel, what I got was a bagel covered in veggies and hummus.
    I quickly informed the guy at the counter this is not what I ordered. He apologized, they made me the sandwich that I ordered, and offered a free drink which I declined. Bad service seems to be the norm, mistakes happen but they recovered quickly and professionally.

    First time here! Great experience. Varieties is amazing & this place is also clean. Very friendly & positive staff. Would recommend it for sure!!!!!

    Just wanted to thank the staff at this Einstein Bagel for the wonderful service, Tony and his staff were very patient with me and my family and took the time to get things right. I read some of the other reviews and was nervous about coming here but I'm glad I did. One other person you should ask for for wonderful service was Elana she was the greatest....I will truly be back and you should go give them a try, You will thank yourself.
