Tasty Dumpling

I've had dumpling about everywhere. These are up there with the best. I particularly like the pan fried lemongrass and kimchi . Tasty for sure !

I'm always on the hunt for good dumplings in the DMV and this place did not disappoint. I ordered soup dumplings for takeout and they were delicious!

Delicious and fun! I've been waiting for this place to open as a new lunch place walking distance from work. They didn't disappoint! I was a little overwhelmed, you order 12 dumplings for an order and these are mix and match 6 kinds. Several sauces to dip in and I'm happy and too full. They offer dumplings two ways, pan fried or steamed. Steamed take 15 minutes, plan ahead. These are steamed in my picture. There are also soup dumplings. And buns.

New to the area but much needed option for dine in or take out. We tried 5 of the dumpling flavours, the bao buns and the soup dumplings. All were really good. The soup dumplings were the best for sure and even my fussy kids loved them.

This place just opened on 11/11/19 and my wife and I went to try it out. The dumplings were delicious! We tried the pork shrimp chive dumplings steamed, the pork with lotus root fried, and the pork soup dumplings.

All of the dumplings were good, but with the closing of House of Fortune in McLean, these are now the best soup dumplings in the area!

Make sure if you get the soup dumplings to get the black vinegar sauce, break a small hole in the top of the dumpling, and pour a tiny amount of the black vinegar inside of it. Finally, if you want, you can ask for some ginger to put on top.

The other dumplings I tried with the spicy dumpling sauce, regular dumpling sauce, and some crushed chili oil.

Everything was really good and you could tell the owner really loves cooking!
