Great selections. A bit pricy.

My fiancé and I stopped by this hidden gem this afternoon. We were absolutely amazed by the warm and friendly atmosphere! You can find anything from locally sourced meat, fresh produce, healthy snacks, and so much more! The deli upstairs was the cherry on top! We both got the spring shamrock smoothie which was creamy and the perfect amount of sweet with no guilt attached. My fiancé got the turkey ruban and I got the honey roasted turkey and brie. The turkey was so moist and the sandwiches were both to die for! After we ate half we were both so full and satisfied. We also received a welcome bag for new customers that had awesome information and free samples of wonderful products! The price is on the higher side but you truly do get what you pay for. If you're searching for a cheap eat that used a highly palatable concoction of msg, gmo, mass manufactured meat, and refined white sugar and flour this place may not be for you. We will absolutely be back and are so happy we found this beautiful shop!

Buy things online if you're somebody that can't afford these prices. They sell the exact same products online for an extremely lower price. I've got a gallon of water at Food Lion for 99 of Berkley springs water that they sell for 2 and some change here. I'm more posting this for people that haven't had an extensive knowledge of purchasing these type of products via internet.having health matters that require decent prices and many health products buying from a privately owned overpriced store like this is not something that I can do at the moment. I feel like this is more of a place for people that have money to contribute to the owners well being, which is great no negativity, simply stating that those of us who need help financially and with deeper health matters can't buy the plethora of products I use at their very much over priced scale. Spreading knowledge to help people that have lower incomes and need help from other kind human beings is not complaining, and stating a fact of life not everybody has money and needs to shop smarter.
