Thank you so much for the Hospitality. We spent the night enjoying the views from inside and outside the RV. Beautiful views, river behind us, Mountain views to the left, right and front. Woke up to a Beautiful dusting of snow. Food was good, Moonshine Great. Took a bottle for the road. A must go to place. Only problem, didn't realize they wouldn't be open for Breakfast. It's Christmas day ?☃️?. Guess I'm gonna have to come back for the Biscuits with gravey.

This place was amazing and very reasonably priced. Had a great conversation with the owners brother dressed as Santa. The experience, decor, and history in this place were incredible. I definitely recommend stopping by. Its easy to miss passing by because of all the junk on the other side of the road. They said people never see the place because of this.

Drove over from Roanoke to check out the distillery. DID NOT DISAPPOINT. We tried 6 of the different liquor/cocktail options. (A flight + singles). They were all great; the smoothest alcohol we’ve ever had. We also had an amazing lunch. The open face turkey sandwich and the salmon were outstanding. Great atmosphere and super friendly, chill staff.
They also have a patio in the back with a fire pit.

So we were traveling south to Atlanta post taking delivery of our new RV in Saratoga Springs NY, when we found this place on the Harvest Host website. We called to see if they had space for our rig and they responded affirmatively and enthusiastically. An hour later we came upon what looked nothing like the image we had formed in our minds. Upon approach you find what was clearly once a garage, gravel parking lot framed with decaying heavy equipment next to a broken down used auto dealer. But don’t make the mistake of reading this book from its cover. Once you breach the threshold you are greeted by Tina, Frank and Larry, a warm and welcoming trio that make you feel like you are reuniting with long unseen friends. The ambiance is simple, yet rich with the moon shining history of the region and a collection of vintage distilling equipment, some from as far as France. If you chat with Frank, who upon meeting will channel your childhood memories of visiting Santa at the mall, you learn volumes about the process used to produce their fine spirits. Larry is no less interesting, as it turns out that he is the talented craftsmen who hand etches each glass bottle and the glasses from which you enjoy the many flavored spirits produced here. So as to be balanced in our report, we must share the negative as well, with the positive. The most glaring defective is that they don’t ship out of state so you have to invest in a number of bottles prior to leaving, as will want to explore their work product further. This is a must stop location if traveling in the area. The people are warm and welcoming, the product innately superior and the memory produced life enriching. Say hi from Milo & Yvonne when you stop in. We will be back to see them.
