The staff here are all super friendly and they always get my drinks right! This is my favorite Starbucks in the area.

Most Starbucks' are pretty good, and this one was no exception.

The staff should be wearing masks while preparing our foods and beverages. There is strong fan at the drive-through is blowing right into the customers face. The managers should get these people masks so they don’t get anything into the customer’s food. Very poor protection in this trying time. My background is in hospitality management and food service. Even a cloth mask would be helpful instead of nothing at all

I have been a regular at this Starbucks from the beginning. Let me just say, this is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. From the minute I walk in to the moment I walk out, I feel my satisfaction is always considered. The staff are amazing. Friendly, kind, and it is obvious their top priority is customer service. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile, the staff know my regular order and it is made to perfection every time. This Starbucks has the cozy and friendly feel of a small town coffee shop that makes you want to stay forever! Thank you to the entire staff of Starbucks for making the Stephens City Starbucks a special place!

Got to visit this shiny new Starbucks... great service, easy location, clean facility. Helpful staff- will be back through when in the area!
