McDonald's

Wow, what can I say. I have usually always liked/ appreciated McDonald's for what it was...inexpensive, decent, fast food. I knew it was not a health food or gourmet establishment. McDonalds always seemed to be a very clean restaurant and the employees were always very helpful. But for the last couple of years it all seems to be going down hill. I hate the Kiosk ordering... give me a live person on the other side taking my order any day. The dining area is getting pretty nasty as well. McDonalds, start hiring a few more people, have them take orders and clean the dining area. Start making custoner service number one priority and profits will follow. But if you continue to put profits first your customer service will fail along with your business. Last couple times I have been to McDonald's I have felt sorry for the employees, it's like there is only 3 or 4 on duty trying to run entire restaurant.

It's an average McDonald's. Not spectacular. We used the order screen since there was a line. Even the men's has a baby changing table for the dads out there. The restroom was relatively clean.

The manager was telling at everyone. Not the best way to treat your staff. And you really shouldn't show that to your customers. The young lady who waitress on us must have been used to it, or just very professional... She still served us with a smile and had wonderful manners, which was better than the manager!

I love this McDonald's. It's always clean and the employees are always cheerful. A smile can go a long way with customer retention. Keep up the good work cooks. Not one complaint. Always on time. I drive 5 miles to get here even though there is one closer to my house. That is all.
