Portico Restaurant

Ambience was very relaxing. I enjoyed sitting in the garden surrounded by beautiful hydrangeas and other perennials. Food was good. Perfect for ladies lunch.

Delicious food and great vibe - my boyfriend couldn’t stop making disturbing noises over how amazing his pasta was - special thank you to our server Court, she was so great. Definitely an older crowd, but we did see one other young tattooed couple in there too which was nice for us. We already recommended it to friends as a nice date night spot. Also, I never leave reviews, so kudos.

Took my best friend for lunch and we had Jamie as a waiter. He was just fabulous. The soup, pizza, and wine we're all great. The flowers were blooming and the outside patio was a delightful place to have lunch and take in all that the gardens had to offer. Not my first visit here and will surely come back again. Loved it!

One of the best in Richmond! Make a reservation. The patio is incredible and surely my favorite in the area. The wait staff are all exceptional at their jobs; our drinks never got below half a glass. The bread appetizer is excellent. Pizza is very hearty. I especially love the penne a la vodka with sausage. Portions are very large. Even their desserts are delicious. Highly recommend!

Fancy place with an amazing atmosphere. We did a double date to celebrate our wives' birthdays and the service was outstanding. They have a really nice outside space with a fireplace. The menu is not super large but everything we got was delicious. Oh yeah, valet parking only even though the parking lot doesn't seem to warrant it (could probably have walked to the car quicker than it took for the valet to bring it to us, especially because we had to wait for someone else in front of us), so be prepared for that
