Drive thru was quick even though a long line and food was hot and good. I am glad they opened a bk up in ruckersville it has given us mpre food options!
Traditionally I have had no major issues with this Burger King location. The wait is a little long but that’s common with almost all BKs. Food is okay. Sometimes hot/sometimes not. Drive-through line is a bit of a headache, if it backs up it goes out into the road. There are two ordering lines but they never seem to use both at the same time. Today was probably my worse experience. After waiting in line upwards of 15min (during lunch rush) I pull up to the order point and see a sign notifying me that they were out of whoppers, chicken sandwiches, and a handful of other things because of the lack of shipping/order. I don’t know about the rest of people but whoppers and chicken sandwiches are pretty much all BK offers. It would have been nice had an employee been outside letting those in line know or at least had a larger sign so I would not have waited all that time.
Fast food chain in a small town, like many others = potential for disaster. I'm not sure why it's hard to have a good experience at BK in central VA, but this one is no different, and made worse by the small town service epidemic. Usually the staff are polite at this location and the service is reasonably quick. The food is not always terrible, but never great. Quite often the food is sloppily prepared and slathered with way too much mayonnaise/other sauces. Restaurant is attached to a gas station, but in a separately operated space.
Recently we had BK in Outer Banks, NC, and the experience was night and day. Because of that I haven't given up on BK, just given up in my area.
