Chick-fil-A

Chick-Fil-A (Mercury Blvd in Hampton) was great. I dread the long lines (lunch time rush); however, the service was friendly and the long drive through line moved quickly. My food was hot and fabulous as always. I just love this place!

They need to share their business plan and training with every other customer service business. Their customer service is the best I've ever seen. Their food is awesome too

I always come to this Chick-fil-A and the staff is very friendly but they insist on forgetting our food. We went by there tonight after we left the emergency room from my baby getting stitches and they didn't put the main course in our bag. Yes I should have checked it more thoroughly but they should Check it before I do. Im not going back out there for a salad. But when I called them to get a refund several times in a row, no one ever answered.

Customer service was great, the store and bathrooms were clean as per the usual. The food just wasn't great tonight. I'm not sure why, it's usually fantastic but everything was Luke warm and kind of old tasting. Not the fresh hot food we're used to but I expect it to be wonderful again the next time.
