The waitress we had was amazing.. They were very busy but the food was great and the service was fast even though they were behind.. Managers came out and helped and I just wanna say great job to everyone...

I usually love the dumplings but this last time they were really doughy. Yes I know that's what they are dough but still should be more done. I loved the carrots and baked apples as always.

The server was very pleasant. I ordered the Grandma's Pancakes Sampler. When I received my meal, the pancakes were overcooked and very small compared to what I remembered. I was brought new pancakes that were better but still small in size. I ordered fried eggs with no runny or soft yolks. The yolk was runny in one of the eggs but I did not send it back. The flavor of the food was very tasty.

I've had some bad takeout experiences (wrong order, the order took too long, a lot of mix-ups) in the past but the wife love chicken and dumplings, so I reluctantly agreed to go. They got everything right. The right order in a reasonable time. The wife loved her chicken and dumplings. I tried the fried chicken. It was delicious, and more then I could eat. Pleasantly surprised.

My husband and I were sat within a few minutes on a Monday (Lunch time). Though we sat for more than 5 minutes on a Monday without being greeted. They were not filled with people. Open tables and all. Maybe they were short staffed. Our food didn't take long but my food was cold when It came out. I ordered a juicy chicken lunch special. I didn't say anything because the server was already behind and it looked like it was a shift manager that took our drink order and delivered everything for her. Her manager pretty much did everything for her. This is an honest review and I don't see why my food would be served cold if it came out quick. Won't return to this location.
