(July 31, 2019, 11:32 pm)Just landed from Boston, and I was looking for an authentic Jamaican cuisine. Omg, these guys are the hidden jewel of Newport News. Their jerk chicken and curry chicken are phenomenal.
In addition, they are super friendly and they told us not to take our babies out of the car, but use their drive thru to make it convenient for our 15 month twins.
I highly recommend this place!!! -
(July 8, 2019, 1:37 am)I ordered the jerk chicken with rice&peas and macaroni. The macaroni was fairly decent and much better than the local competition. The jerk chicken with rice&peas was plentiful and flavorful. It was worth the money but not anything to rave about. Its possibly one of the top 3 jamaican restaurants to eat at in the area. Although I don't think too highly of any of the jamaican restaurants in the area. I've only eaten here once and did not go inside so take my opinion for what its worth.

(June 26, 2019, 3:14 am)Curry was fantastic. Macaroni tasted a little sweet for my liking and they forgot the plantains. That broke my heart a little. But I'm willing to try them again sometime!

(March 31, 2019, 11:42 am)I tried this place on a whim.. Their food is THE BEST...hands down... generous portions and delicious.. the staff is very friendly.. I have to try their oxtail next.. definitely going back
