(August 7, 2019, 9:16 pm)Part of my order was for the bacon/cheese fries, the lady hands me the bag and says "Sorry, we're out of bacon". Not a game changer but knowing ahead of time would have been nice so I could have made a different choice if desired.

(July 10, 2019, 3:17 pm)Just been renovated. Very clean and next to the first exit after coming out westbound of the tunnel from Norfolk. Quick service and plenty of parking. Drive-thru open 24hrs a day and very friendly staff. I always stop there after leaving the Hampton Veteran's Affairs Medical Center. Yum-yum! ????

(July 7, 2019, 2:37 pm)Wonderful location!! Top notch customer service. My daughter wanted a specific toy story toy but they had zero left In the store. James, went out of his way and to went to check the storage shed behind the building and came back with a box full. We don’t usually receive this type of service in northern Virginia. Great job Phoebus!

(July 2, 2019, 11:50 pm)Just needed a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately this was the closest place were I could get something in a hurry. My fries were cold as usual. When customer service agents start carrying about their jobs what an awesome experience we will all enjoy.
