Moe's Southwest Grill

I love moes the burritos are so good. Extra guac for the boys.

Went in today for a quick bite to eat. Was greeted by very friendly and enthusiastic staff, which was a nice change of pace given that my other experiences in Hampton have been disappointing. The food was fresh and tasty. Emanuel was very helpful and such a nice person! How lucky you are to have such a sweetheart like that!!

Good food, friendly. Atmosphere is a bit dim. Perhaps needs a more exciting experience other than the fantastic employees! A little dirty in bathroom and around on the tables and floor.

GREAT customer service! I was immediately greeted by a worker that was ready to prepare my food. They prepared my food quickly and listened to my order carefully. The food was delicious and hot-everything I ordered was already ready with no wait! This Moe's had plenty of workers present to make the line go smoothly, whilst keeping the dining room clean and also keeping up with making the tea! (The sweet tea there is the bomb, btw). The restaurant was very clean, there seemed to be many other happy customers, and the employees also seemed very happy, as they had a sense of humor while working. All of this together made for a great lunch visit on my part, and I would highly recommend this location. However, do not go to the Newport News Moe's.. it's a night and day difference. (I don't believe it's the same owner, and it shows. Kudos Hampton Moe's)
