The cheesy loaded burger is probably one of the BEST sandwiches rally’s has had as a promo!!! Hope to see this one return in the future. This is our favorite rally’s location. We’ve had a few errors on orders when visiting, but can’t complain because they’re eager to fix the order with no hesitation delivering awesome customer service. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. I prefer rally’s over most burger fast food chains. You guys put Wendy’s McDonald’s and Cookout to shame for sure. Staff is pretty friendly and professional. Restaurant is always clean and tidy. This location deserves 10 stars! The staff that was working October 1, 2019 p.m. shift, y’all were awesome! From the cooks to the cashiers.

Miss Regina and Miss Cherika and team of Hampton has the Best customer service as well as freshly prepared food. Recommend this store for Quality assurance in customer service.

Fully staffed at 2am on a Thursday night. Employees acted professional. Food tasted great. Took 2 minutes to get my order. Store looked clean. Can't ask for anything more. I will be returning. Better than Wendy's or cookout.

Delicious, as always! Rally's is one of my favorite restaurants to visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they make a pretty good burger, too! They're not afraid to help you customize their sandwiches, the store is clean, well lit, and has good music (I'm a 90's kid, I like 90's-00's music). We had a pretty large and confusing order, 7 people in the party, and they were more than happy to accommodate us!
