They deleted peoples' overtime hours, kept drawer shortages out of their paychecks, and still owe some former employees LITERALLY thousands in unpaid overtime. Unable to even get my self together I stumble threw the 7-eleven front door. Iam quickly greeted by a angel Joyce!!! I explained no coffee at home, coffee pot is broken. I have never experienced customer service so personal she helped me get my coffee all while raises my spirits. Setting the stage for turning the entire rest of the day around. “So my sister and I went in here around 12 something this morning (10/15/20) and immediately as we pulled up, the one clerk was staring mad hard and smiling. Which okay, I can understand, being friendly but this was a bit too friendly in my opinion. We were followed around the store and he was making conversation, which is fine but he was getting incredibly too close to me and following us in every direction we went into. Usually I have no problems with this store but idk about all of that. So if you go in here alone or with one other person when it’s late, stay vigilant. My sister noticed this and asked if I was “ready to go” and I said I was and we left early before we even finished getting all we wanted.”

“This store is PERFECT !! Everything is fresh !! It’s in the PTC area so it’s around plenty of shopping if you want to shop and eat healthy at the same time, the owner is actually there in the shop ! And he’s SUPER nice and extremely knowledgeable on the products, very personable. I’m so glad to have something like this in the Hampton area, typically everything is always in the Norfolk/VB area (he has 2 other locations in VB) but it’s awesome to not have to drive that far just for healthy eats !! I’ll definitely be a customer that they start to know by name, because I’m coming in here all the time lol thanks for having OUTSTANDING customer service. =)”

“As of this writing they are still "soft open" but definitely will be visiting when they get fully open. Got gumbo (a quart I think) and the chicken entree with two sides. Everything was excellent. We shared the food and had some high-tension discussions on splitting the gumbo. Everything was takeout, which is just not ideal but we are where we are. Look forward to being able to dine in.”
