“This was my first visit but it won't be my last, I had the orange plate special which was the turkey wings,Mac and cheese, rice,fried cabbage,potatoe salad and a side salad, needless to say I had enough to bring home a take out container, the prices are,very affordable, the quantity of food large portions, the customer service, is warm and friendly and the atmosphere is very comfortable so yes it is dine in, I can't say enough about Charlotte's just get there early I went at 3 and the meatloaf was out! While I have enjoyed the good food and atmosphere of this diamond in the rough of Hampton, I'd hate to see something so potentially AMAZING turn into just another "hood" restaurant due to the lack of boundaries, manners, and service etiquette displayed by the service staff. I was badgered to pay my bill for the appetizers I ordered and when I stated I would be ordering more food, I was badgered to order it as well. This resulted in a loss of that additional order. A couple walked in the door close to closing time and was greeted with the "we are about to close attitude " which happened synonymously with my experience. My $40 order was left at $9 due to the service I received. Not good. I understand the "special" hours of business until the traffic builds up, but if I'm going to be pressured to "hurry up and buy", because it's about to be 8 o' clock and there are 3 tables here enjoying themselves at what point am I going to feel welcomed to stay. Servers are the frontline of your establishment. Most people come out to dinner on the weekends at the time you're closing. This was just a bad look period. It's not a management issue it's a service issue. It's one that deserves immediate attention otherwise you are shooting yourself in the foot before you even start running. Kudos to the proprietors of this ethnically owned establishment for executing the vision of this culturally diverse atmosphere. The reputation of this "little honeycomb hideout" lives up to the word on the street, however the catch game ain't the keep game when people need a job. I would hate to think that as a follower and supporter of this restaurant that I would have to be a celebrity or among the "who's who" to receive good service. A very special SHOUT OUT to Ms. Tammy who displayed impeccable professionalism in rectifying my experience. Many happy returns George of Hampton. “Wow. Raising Cane's is a fried chicken finger chain restaurant. I visited for the first time on a recommendation. First off, this is the juiciest fried chicken I've had in a long time. The flavors were tasty, the fries were great, the toast is good and the coleslaw was very good. They don't offer much more than that and I don't think they need to. The restaurant looked amazing and the employees were great. I will definitely be back.”

No one would ever guess that this restaurant chain is only 20 years young and growing. The level of customer service, quality of food and team work is forcing other chains to up their game. Each detail of the store has significance from the colors to the American flag that waves out front represents the family and their values. The founder Freddy Simon was a Purple Heart World War II Veteran. Look up the meaning of the red and white stripes you’ll understand the meaning of the store colors. “I’m in town visiting family and they told I had to try this bakery and they were absolutely right! Not only is the desserts and ice cream delicious but also the food! We got The BB (bacon jam and bacon grilled cheese ) and The Scratch Club to eat,the mango orange sorbet, and 1/2 Cookie Monster 1/2 crazy for cookie ice cream, and one strawberry cake and one Cookies and cream cake to go! They did not disappoint and also the young man behind the counter was so pleasant! If you are in town definitely try them out!”

“Growing up in Philly a cheesesteak is one of them comfort foods that when it comes to finding that same quality and experience outside the city it just don't hit the same. But yesterday I can honestly say 😌 the cheesesteak from this spot was definitely on point. First bite almost brought tears to my eyes. Reminded me of my neighborhood poppy store cheesesteak plater. Only complaint I really have was that my order was wrong the first time but after returning back to the store it was corrected right away, with no hassle. This is by far the best cheesesteak spot I've found down south.”
